and another phase just went by in the blinking of an eye.

never did i feel so heavy-hearted, or expect myself to feel this way leaving a workplace when i thought i looked forward to it. because leaving it meant liberation; it meant not having to jump out of bed at 640 in the morning, not having to spend more than half my life in office, meant that i cld finally start on those koreanserials sitting on the shelve waiting for me since like last yr.

but, despite it all, i still left with a heavy heart, knowing that i may never see these people again nor be able to enter this workplace yet once more. these people has taught me alot, and through the various places i've been to, man have i never seen people like them before. never have i left a job feeling as such. these people are probably the nicest, warmest and most caring colleagues one can ever find and i'm reallly grateful for them...but sigh. all of us have to move on don't we? but i'll never forget them in a long long time.

in just a lifetime, many people step in and out of our lives. some will leave the footprints in our lives and stay there, some are just passerbys who has made a difference. i'll never forget this from the sec3 adamkhoo thing. moving on and leading one happy life. well, learning experiences, experiences that moulds us to who we are one day i guess. to understand how a simple thoughtful thought goes a long way. oh well, okay. next wk is gonna be a happpy wk which i've longed for! :)) maybe i should hide in some place and cut all forms of contact with this world and finish up all korean serials and be happpy in a lil world of my own hur..okay. no i won't do that. i doubt i'll even survive past one day.

anyway, TAIWAN :)) was a blasty blast though the first day was as though we were some poor rangers, lost and cold in the windy streets of taipei at 14dcelsius. hahaa. but we found our way! but ya lets not mention the happy family hostel ya? it was like some apartment in some horror flick, with white curtains hanging down, the toilet glowing in red light and a mad woman screaming in the middle of the night. freaked out, checked out the nxt night.

second day was at yangmingshan! loved the waterfalls, and i realised i like ya. greenery. hahaa. something which i never knew i liked lar. ok nature maybe..like mountains, hills, seas, oceans..being near nature always made me feel happy and good, like everything is peaceful like you're taken away from the world. i liked yangmingshan although the walk up and down was madness. it took hours. went off to danshui after that for the ma tou, got my picture drawn(haha), ate at the ye shi there and also at shilin ye shi.

third day! LEEFOO CHUN! :) omg. hahahahaah. it was exhilirating marilicious craziosos fantabulous simply indescripable! we went ride after ride after ride on those rides that turns you 360d and causes all ur intestines inside to be entangled and ur brain to jumble up and feel the high adredaline rush plus the wind splashing right into your face. played like mad but man was it ultra fun. HAHA. after which we went to wufenpu! and raoheyeshi.

fourth! shoppping day. ximending taipei101 zhongxiao..er. can we not elab on this? but after the day, our night started. HAAH. 3ofus scotted of to shidayeshi, cabbed down to a 24h cinema, caught a show at 1+, cabbed back to the hotel, played cards ate and drank vodka and their wine till like 5+, char knocked out, gerald and me continued playing stress w uno cards till 630am. ok man were we stressed at that kinda hr. hahaa.

and last day for 2ofus, HAHAHAHAHAH. ok seriously i hope nobody exactly reads this blog anymore ok cos its mainly for like...memories. to read back and laugh at myself but well. ok. last day...supposed to check out by 12pm. we both only woke at 1120! ok so we rushed like mad, checked out! then we walked like mad for duno how long, before we found the shopping ctrs to buy stuff. bought bought bought, eat eat eat. then suddenly! OMG. our flight our flight! we rushed to take the bus...whew on time. AIRPORT. HAHA. checked in the luggage and after we checked in our luggage, the person came up to us and told us we cannot hand carry our our da bao xiao bao...wah thanks. tell us when we alr check in la hor smart asses. so we hunt high and low for a bag to put it all in. CANNOT FIND CAN. die la. go back the check in counter ask can take out back, they say cannot. and oh man....nxt moment, they gave us.yeah. a BOX. hahahhaah. ok we rock la. and we filled it up? yes. so all in all we had 2 luggages, and a box. hahhaa. ok i never expected that. but well...and came back to singapore, rushed like mad to dispose off the box in case any of our parents saw while we also had to rush thru the meal at popeyes. so all in all, we rushed thru everything we did on our last day which was absolutely mad but. hahahaha. hilarious and fun all the same. well. at least we learnt something abt the airport luggage system. hahaaa.

taiwan trip was real fun though. everynight was bridge ugly betty uno daidee, eat all sorts of nonsense whereby the thought of it is pretty sucky actually. hahahaa. things like zhu xue gao ah....ok confesss. we threw it away after a few bites. and ducks tongue?! but i like the honey coated strawberries! oh and i love their xiang chang too...and. aiyo. it was 2 wks back leh. but i won't mind gg back to taiwan again, provided i've tried japan, europe, hawaii, las vegas, italy, venice, hk, bangkok....blablabla. yes i'll be rich enough to do so one day. :)
